About Sandra Foyt

Sandra Foyt

Sandra Foyt is a storyteller, road trip junkie, and award-winning travel photographer. Originally from the US Virgin Islands, Sandra is a veteran of many American cross-country road trips. She drove Route 66, the Lincoln Highway, the fossil freeway, the extraterrestrial highway, and even “the loneliest road in America.” She shares her adventures on GetawayMavens.com, a travel blog about romantic getaways in the U.S., and writes about travel photography on TravelPhoto101.com. Her editorial photography is available on Alamy.com. Nowadays, she stars in her own version of “Where’s Waldo?” always in search of sweet treats, grand adventures, and the next amazing shot.
